Worse notary ever. I have booked an online appointment with them to notarize a document. They did not let me know that online seal is not acceptable for such document even though they are aware of that. I called them back she said yes this document would not be accepted with online seal and we can not seal the same document for you . You have to book an appointment again pay the fee again and mention that physical copy is required.
