Very quick and accommodating, only issue was that I brought a USB stick to print off the documents and she said she couldn't do it, even though she had a printer and I was told by booking agent that she could, so I ran to Staples to print a hard copy. $45 was the price.
One quick call and we were able to have our in-person appointment the same day. Everything was handled professionally and we were on our way in minutes.
