I went for an appointment in December last year @ 1854 Main St W. She refused to do this service for me and left me in tears. She was very unprofessional and told me she didn't like me as I am a South African woman. She found that out via my documents I gave her. She then became hostile towards me and refused to help. I left in tears but I was lucky to have found a very nice man that very day to help me. And it did it in no time and at very little cost!
