I had a disappointing experience with this service. The notary arrived late and did not demonstrate attention to detail. For example, they changed the wording from “Ontario” to “Province in Ontario,” and overlooked a typo where “Province” was misspelled with an accented “é.” They also stated that the correct wording should be “Province of Ontario,” but only corrected one instance, leaving the other unchanged. Fast, reliable and great communication. Highly recommended!
We've used this service 3 times, the first 2 times they were extremely late and we had to call to make sure they actually showed up. But this last time was the absolute worst. They still weren't there after 1.5 hours and no one picked up the phone when we tried to call. Finally we got through and they showed up 2 hours late. We had a special needs child and a sick elderly woman waiting that entire time and it became an extremely stressful and terrible situation.
