We've used this service 3 times, the first 2 times they were extremely late and we had to call to make sure they actually showed up. But this last time was the absolute worst. They still weren't there after 1.5 hours and no one picked up the phone when we tried to call. Finally we got through and they showed up 2 hours late. We had a special needs child and a sick elderly woman waiting that entire time and it became an extremely stressful and terrible situation. My appointment was for 2:45 and is 4:10 pm and still waiting. Apparently he wasn't notified about this appointment. I am so dissatisfied
