Very nice and friendly. Helped us out last minute when we needed a notarized document for a summer camp. Even printed us a new copy when the one we brought hadn't printed correctly at the bottom. Very reasonably priced! Will be using again when the need arises.
Super nice dude, was really helpful and quick with answering the door! He also has a GREAT sense of humor!! Very patient with us, recommend for anyone and VERY affordable!!! Only $20 to get title notarized!!! Definitely come visit this guy :D Also yes it is the house on the street there! It confused us too, just ring the bell and he comes down very quickly!
