It should be zero stars, this company is terrible, after driving long distances and completing 2 jobs in the first week of May for $290 on a 60 day payment term i started reaching out to get paid with no response. Finally, after another 2 weeks Christian Orona responded in a very unprofessional manner and threatened me with being reported if i didn't cease all communications with the company because i was questioning their ethics. I do NOT recommend working with this company. I completed a few notary assignments for them, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have not been paid. As of today, three orders remain outstanding and one of them is way past due. Communication has been extremely poor, with little to no response regarding payment status. I strongly encourage other notaries to be cautious before accepting work from this company.
Notary Nation has NOT paid for an August invoice through Snapdocs. I have written corporate at NN and at Snapdocs. This company does not respond, when questioned in August, accounting was rude. This is NOT a company to do any business with. They are unethical and have no intention of paying their notaries. Please remove them from your opportunities.
