I presented both my Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) card and my Ontario health card, but they said these were not sufficient. The worst, most disorganized, ill-informed so called "notary" place/service you will ever find. I get there after calling first and driving 30 minutes. Then I'm told to wait for another 25 minutes, while the waiting area fills with more people. Finally some tiny, poor English speaking "guy" comes out from the back. He asks to look at my form which I needed notarized. He then states my lawyer had to be present as well. Therefor he would not notarize it.
