On Monday, we specifically booked this appointment only after confirming that two witnesses would be available for our documents. We were assured this would not be an issue. The day of the appointment, we arrived 5 minutes early for our 2:00 PM booking and were told to have a seat because another appointment had just started. We were also asked to hand over our documents immediately, which we did.
