Racist, rude, highly unprofessional. Literally refused to notarize my document/sign my photo. Went in there to complete my passport renewal on a rainy Sunday. The first woman passed me on to a guy who was like I’ve never done this before. You should go next door but I think they’re closed. 🤯 The instructions were clear and I further explained in case there was a language issue.
