Après une très bonne première expérience il y a un an pour l'achat de notre maison, nous avons malheureusement été très déçus du service cette année. Le soutien administratif n'est clairement pas au niveau : après 3 appels en 3 semaines où on nous promet de nous rappeler pour notre refinancement hypothécaire, je décide d'envoyer un courriel directement à la notaire pour me faire répondre qu'ils n'ont pas de créneaux de rendez-vous à nous offrir avant notre date de renouvellement.
