Radu is very disrespectful, unprofessional, and uneducated. I came in with my friend for an appointment at 2:00pm and until 2:30pm we were waiting without his arrival or any update from the secretary. I went and asked the secretary for an update as we had an appointment at 3:00pm afterwards, he came out of his office yelling in French even though I clearly explained I only speak English then closed the door in my face and then proceeded to come out again yelling again in French for me to leave since I am not part of the pape... read more
