J’ai fait affaire avec KLC pour un testament. Il y a un délai de 3 mois pour complétion du dossier. J’ai jamais été avisée de ce délai. Dossier fermé mais ils gardent l’argent pour la consultation initiale qui n’a mené à rien au final.
