Excellent knowledgeable staff that makes sure you understand what you sign. I had many transactions done with Me Lavoie and Me Doyle and I'm sure there's many more to come.

My experience with this notary is less than favourable. She was representing the buyers of our home and was assigned to us - not by choice. For starters, her technician made 4 accounting mistakes and didn’t review the file before a getting to the appointment. They had to be corrected while we were all sitting there. Not a way to start a meeting. After clarifying and finishing our meeting, still a few things were antill ambiguous. Red flag but left it at that.
