Amazing experience! Heather loaded the boards on our car and strapped them in, instructed us how to load them up on the way home, offered recommendations on where to go, park, and paddle to (complete with screenshots of Google maps with drawn instructions/arrows of the paddling locations), and gave clear instructions on how to return our boards. Good service. Fast and easy! Very easy to reserve a SUP. I sent a message the day prior and was able to pick up the next day after quickly signing some paperwork. They set up the paddle boards on top of the car for us and showed us how to secure them for the return trip. Super smooth process to return the boards as well.
Magnificent rental experience. They helped tie down paddle boards onto roof rack. Equipment is excellent. A long stick oar is provided, makes rowing and steering a breeze. Paddle boards had bungee straps in front and rear. Plenty of room to secure your gear, with enough space to stand upright or fully lie down comfortably. Boards are well balanced, makes it easy to climb back on if you fall off. No Snow is THE place for your rental needs!
We have rented paddle boards from no snow many times. Heather is always amazing, helpful, and makes sure you have everything you need, even including your hangover meds! Lol Not only do they provide an amazing service at a great price, it’s the unbelievable care behind what they are doing that makes you always come back.
