First time here today and the service was excellent. I received an appointment for my pup on the same day that I called. The staff was very friendly and the service was superb. My pup went in looking shabby and came out so nice and neat at a great price. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and I will be using them again!
my wife and I took our Yorky Maltese to be groomed in the process of our puppy being groomed The groomer happen to cut off the tip of my dogs tongue yes apologies were given to us but our puppy will never be the same again he is missing the tip of his tongue always in pain and terrified to be groomed. My mission now is that no other dog at this location is ever hurt in the fashion my puppy was I will be calling animal control seeking legal advice to determine the course of action against this location.
I have been a customer of NoSitStay for year now. My Morkie (Maltese & Yorkie) goes there for grooming services. The staff is always very professional and takes the time to listen to what I want for my pet. I have watched how they interact with the pets they service and always find it amazing how sociable the dogs are in their care. My groomer Sabrina is very good at her craft and can cut any style. When I am unsure of what I want, I will take a picture of a particular style and she cuts it to the picture. I can't say enough... read more
