Friday morning the day after Valentine’s Day I found out the plate on my work truck was not valid for this truck. My list of things to do was long and my day was growing shorter by the minute. Disappointed. Went in and was told wrong information to what we needed. They charged us and when We realized service was wrong, we went in same day for them to fix. They would NOT fix! Nor give money back. At that point we spoke with owner, telling him to delete transaction, as we were told notaries are given 48 hours to do so. He would not! Then he told us to take it up with pendot, but to tell them a different story. So to lie. Why he would not just cancel transaction is beyond me. The girl in there is beyond rude and they over charged I needed a copy of my registration which I later learned I could do on my own for free and they made me feel so unwelcome and took a half an hour just to do the transaction with no one else in the office and I stressed I was in a hurry just overall awful however next door was very nice and tried to defend them and made me realize they are ok people just bad day but I still won't go back at all bc customer service was still bad from now on I'll go next door
