I cannot say enough good things about this place! Before we started bringing our dog here, we showed up unannounced on a Sunday afternoon to check out the facility. We were offered a tour and were shown around the entire place. I couldn't believe how clean everything was and how happy the dogs were (boarding & daycare). We immediately signed him up for daycare and have been going weekly ever since! He absolutely loves going and I know he looks forward to it every week. Wonderful place for my pets – I can't say enough about how wonderful the Norwichtown Pet Resort and Spa is. We've owned three dogs and they have all received special one on one care when boarding. Most recently, we have an Austrailian Shepard puppy and he has been in Obedience training with Nancy Cartwright. Her warmth and knowledge with dogs also carries over to us as owners. my boys LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE :) – my boys LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE me and my husband decided we would come home early for are vacation so we got to the kennel 3days early without warning. when we got there the staff let us see on the camera are boys running around and playing with there friends in camp when we went in back there beds and toys where doen for them like we had asked for them to be everything was clean and nice back there..in short we were so impressed that we now take our boys tyo there day camp once week were... read more

fun for all – My dog stays here whenever I have to travel without her. She loves the place. I always enroll her in the day camp and she plays and runs around all day with her newly made friends. She has done just the doggie day care for a day and when I picked her up she was happy and tired. Sometimes the place appears understaffed and rushed but since my pooch is in the doggie day care I know she is running free and I like this option.

Dont board here – after getting back from vacation my family couldnt wait to pick up our dog from the Norwichtown pet resort and spa. After getting her home she refused to eat or drink and began to vomit. We got her to the vet. and she was diagnosed with kennel cough, now im out the $210.00 to board her and $427.00 for anti-biotic drugs and intravenous fluids.
