The place seemed great and the assessor was polite and gentle, but the centre and tactics/technique used were not suitable for kids. 1. They weren’t able to engage my 2yo for hearing test and classified it as ‘hearing impairment’. While they follow the gold standard, not all kids are the same and they need to have tricks up their sleeve to engage them. 2.
