So pleased with the level of care and expertise from Norwest Hearing. They provided a personalised approach and were engaged to help with my hearing issues. I have since been back to take my wife for a hearing test, and once again we were well looked after.

I highly recommend this clinic after taking my 18month old child for a hearing test - professional and caring audiologist. Took the time to explain the results and our next steps.
Do not take your young child here. We were referred by our doctor for a hearing test for our 2-and-a-half-year-old son, and it was a complete and utter waste of time and money. The test they perform is absolutely not suitable for a toddler. It was intimidating and scary, and the only thing it accomplished was completely freaking out our son and leaving him distressed for the rest of the day. The place seemed great and the assessor was polite and gentle, but the centre and tactics/technique used were not suitable for kids. 1. They weren’t able to engage my 2yo for hearing test and classified it as ‘hearing impairment’. While they follow the gold standard, not all kids are the same and they need to have tricks up their sleeve to engage them. 2.
