Emma & Laura were very professional in handling the contract through to settlement of my property purchase. They advised me not to settle until all outstanding money was paid by the vendor. Their interests were with me through the whole process. Emma is very easy to speak to and always responds. Very satisfied customer and highly recommended to all
Unprofessional. Emma and team never did due diligence while helping with our purchase. Emma never gets involved and her team lack basic admin work. Always asked them to include all parties in email communication and they always miss. Emma being face of the company but never meet you in person. fees are on higher side in local area
The legal advice provided to us for our purchase was negligent, missing critical detail about a restriction on the use of land preventing us from installing a front fence and other restrictions. We only found out about this through our neighbours after purchasing the property but were never advised by Norwest Conveyancing! We paid them and placed trust in them to receive competent legal advice but were let down. I feel seriously disappointed and concerned that we paid for incomplete legal advice that was missing core details... read more
