I called to make an adjustment to my already booked trip. I was disconnected two times. Then could not understand the customer service person as their english was not good. I asked for a manager and The customer service manager said "This is a recorded line" I said I'm also on a recorded line - the Norwegian Customer service manager said "I do not submit to being recorded - Bye" -Sorry all our office lines may be recorded...
My wife and I are teachers. Our cruise, with a non-balcony room, was roughly 7,000. We did not have an "amazing, spectacular" time. We don't even talk about it much. While the food is nice, so is going out to eat near our house and it would have been much cheaper. The port stops are very underwhelming too. If considering NCL - don't. Not worth it at all. We told NCL as much and essentially got a, "Sorry, we hope you sail with us again." Felt like a slap in the face.
Love it only one way to cruise
Bad company, they change the trip months before departure to make more money and say it’s their right because it’s written in the contract when you buy a cruise. Avoid at all cost, you might pay thousands of dollars to stay at the dock for 2 weeks…
