I recently sailed on the Norwegian Encore (March 21, 2026), and unfortunately, my experience with their Kids Care (daycare) program was very disappointing. My child left the program visibly distressed, and when I tried to address the situation, the response from staff was unprofessional and dismissive. Norwegian Cruise Line with cheap price
Booking through Norwegian Cruise Cruise Line near me was a great experience. The hotline staff were patient, and customer service exceeded my expectations.
We booked the Norwegian Star out of Lisbon. The organized tours were expensive, underwhelming and one stop in Morocco felt unsafe (our guide was rude and aggressive). The food was the exact same menu in every à la carte restaurant; the entertainment, lackluster. We were not the only group to complain; when we brought our complaints forward, the steward told us he didn’t have time for us as he was leaving his shift in 8 mins. For the price we paid it was very disappointing. Never Norweigan again.
Norwegian Cruise Line team showed professionalism, patience, and provided great guidance that made our experience far more enjoyable.
