I visited this branch yesterday and was disappointed with the service I received. The representative assisting me took approximately 15 minutes to just locate my account information. During that time, she repeatedly looked back and forth between the deposit slip and her computer. What made this especially concerning was that the deposit slip had been completed by the representative herself, yet she still appeared to have difficulty processing a routine transaction. Was a loyal customer for 20 years. Unfortunately, their online software update broke banking integration with other highly commonly used platforms for over a month. With no actual resolution in sight, we were forced to switch banks. The lack of foresight in this update was disappointing and highly unprofessional.
