Absolutely the best in customer service with professionalism and a personal friendly attention to detail! We had an issue with our online system being compromised. The headquarters support staff set us up to meet with Banker Zach Frank in Fryeburg to resolve the issue and he was fantastic. Our concerns were addressed and resolved immediately due to Zach's efforts. The next day I met with the Branch Manager (Michelle Luce) and she was just as caring and concerned.
