Employees are great, and love norway savings bank overall...but the one time I came to this branch, there was another customer being loud and obnoxious, making rude comments to me and others inside the branch....just would've been nice if the employees could've told him to quiet down and relax so others could do their business while feeling comfortable. now I'll be making sure to use a different branch when doing my banking.
Have used NSB for many years and will continue to do so! Wonderful friendly staff and stellar customer service!

Cannot recommend this bank whatsoever. 1) fraud detection is run by third party vendor, very cheap and very poor. Arbitrarily freezes your card with zero notice, sometimes for purchases in your home zip code 2) offers atm fee reimbursement for paid accounts only.
