I have used NSB for years - personal finances and home mortgage. I try to use Windham because they know me, they call me by my name and they are always courteous and professional. One of the tellers wanted to have champagne when I paid off my mortgage.
Employees are great, and love norway savings bank overall...but the one time I came to this branch, there was another customer being loud and obnoxious, making rude comments to me and others inside the branch....just would've been nice if the employees could've told him to quiet down and relax so others could do their business while feeling comfortable. now I'll be making sure to use a different branch when doing my banking.
