1. Security: Not a safe environment to be in. Off of a busy street and alleyway. There is no security on site, and staff members allow anyone to walk past the front desk without checking in. Drug addicts are loitering around regularly. 2. Staff members: Morale is poor. The staff members are unhappy, unprofessional, lack experience, and do not care about their jobs. My mom lives there and loves it there! It's not the newest place around but for the price, there is so much value. The staff is excellent. They are enthusiastic and energetic and that's necessary when around older folks. My mom said the food is good and they have activities. She loves her community there. Thanks!
