Most customer service personnel, in general, get “beat up” over things that don’t seem to go right according to the customer. They are the ones who field these calls every day! Just got the "new" router, same OLD system it was before.2 year update for free. Don't do it. 5Ghz poisons you!! Norvado has installed the technology required to provide the fastest and most state of the art services available, yet to receive those services you must earn 6 figures a year and then some, to be able to afford their absolutely outrageous rates. Absolutely the best ISP I have ever dealt with in the known universe. Norvado’s internet beats what you can get in any major metropolitan area in the USA. Norvado is the only isp I have ever had that doesn’t make me sign a timed contract and then raises my monthly rate after 2 years. Absolutely recommend Norvado. 6 years with their service and not 1 outage. The best in the USA!
