Unprofessional and absolutely inconsiderate - My friend waited weeks for her case to be handled which this company had been working on with and had little to no communication the whole process. They did not act with the intentions to help her fully, did not request any documents or statements before throwing her case away. She was informed of this decision through a pathetic email after weeks of us trying to contact them for an update. Do not come to this company, they will not go the extra mile or bother.
