I had a very poor experience with Norton Lawyers in relation to a claim that ended up in court. They gave me little guidance, communication was slow, and I felt unprepared throughout the process. Important details were overlooked, and instead of supporting me properly, they left me feeling frustrated and let down. The lack of professionalism and care caused unnecessary stress and cost. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for proper legal representation.

absolutely unprofessional and pathetic. trusted them to handle my case about 3 weeks ago. during the whole process not once did i receive even a single phone call regarding an update on my case. i had to reach out to them multiple times to receive an update, to which there was little to no progress. only to then receive a pathetic email that they have closed my case, with no proper explanation. they did not bother to even call me to explain why, or even get my side of the events. i went on to fight my case myself, and easily... read more
