Although they have done a great job with our taxes in the past- they did not complete them this year when they said they would - infact they still are not done (a month after they said they would be after them having all of our info since early march) and my emails and telephone calls are left unreturned... frustrating

The Pederson office has done an outstanding job in all areas of service requiring their professional services for my tax preparation needs for the past four years: Preparation - Guidance - Response Time - Timeliness to Completion - and most importantly, Resolving the IRS inquiries generated by complex tax issues. We have been using Garnett for the last 5 years for our corporate and our personal tax returns and could not be more pleased. He is thorough with our requiremernts and on time meeting our deadlines an those of the taxing authorities. As with any service provider, building a relationship is important to getting the best service, but we have no intention of changing.

They messed up our accounts 3 times and messed up our daughter's also and then sent us a bill each time and cost us thousands of dollars...We rate them 0..Not even 1 star
