Was told something would be in stock and gave us a price over the phone. Sold us said items, but not at originally stated amount (price was comparable to a big box, but much higher than originally stated). Searched for said items in the lumber yard. Turns out they were out of stock, so had to process a return. A wasted half an hour and now our project is delayed. We’d prefer to shop small, but I doubt we’ll be back here.
Very helpful and knowledgeable
Purchased 46’ of 1x8 pine costing over $75. I know it’s Saturday and any other lumberyard is over 30 miles away and a big box is 60 miles plus but that doesn’t give you the right to charge double the normal cost. I buy hundreds of thousands of dollars of lumber per year so I know pricing I i’m leaving it at two stars because they were pleasant and they had what I needed but from now on I will be bringing Lumber home with me from elsewhere
