This is a great place if you are a little more chill and don't want the atmosphere of a snap or big gym...I'd describe it as a " ma and pa" gym, but that's my pace. Perfect for those recovering from an injury, or for newbies to working out..as there is usually a physical therapist in the building. Older equipment, but does the job..awesome bathrooms and the staff are friendly and very helpful.
