An agency paid for a dresser and bed. The dresser was damaged twice and the owner went as far to blame me for damaging the dresser to the agency. The sad part is try to make it make sense out of it. I got the two items for free from a not-for-profit agency, and so why would I damage the dresser???? What do I gain from doing such a thing.

Very good quality furniture. Very friendly worker.
The first dresser was damaged on top right corner. They sent a replacement a week later and this time damage to left side about one foot above bottom corner of dresser. Chad is a nice guy but delivery workers not careful.
