Was paying $1200 a month which is more than my truck loan on auto payments. They withdrew 3 times in one month which caused other bills to bounce and get fees in the hundreds between my other bills and bank denied transactions etc as I only keep a certain amount in my checking in the event of theft etc. They do not return phone calls and don't seem to much care they attempted to withdraw $3600 in one month. Never in my lifetime or the next would I do business with these people.
I have had my last 2 auto loans with Northwoods and they are great to work with and have some of the best rates available. Will continue to do business with them!
So the website has a MESSAGE CENTER but it's useless cause no matter what they respond with "we can't help/tell you here cause you could be hacked" so what's the point if the message center if you can't get help right then an there
