there's a breach in their firewall in a back door somewhere. i am very savvy when it comes to security and my account was hacked twice in a year:( the 2nd time they actually sided with a hacker and took $200 out of my account to pay them!?! i reported it to several federal agencies and they all backed this horrible financial institution? they are no better than the majority of local tax evaders. carma comes back threefold!
