My mom passed away June 5 2020. Northwood sold the well July 2020 emptied oil before selling the well. They held the oil for a year before selling it July 2021. They sent a check in my mothers name for 372. Which was the royalties from the sell. The farm was already in our name since the well was sold all information went to the new buyers. Northwood says the oil sold had to be in my mothers name and refused to send check to me which I own the farm. Bottom line their thieves as far as Im concerned.
