Exceptional service from booking the appointment to getting needles for my chronic back issues. I have now completed 3 sessions. I noticed the major difference after the 2nd session, I could actually sleep at night. I have a total of 10 sessions and I am really looking forward to changing my life finally. Thank you Dr. Kari

I came to visit Dr. Fangfang Yi for my first acupuncture appointment visit. Ive been searching for an experienced acupuncturist and came across their site. She took the time to carefully listen and I was able to explain my concerns I came in for. My highlight of my visit, was the care I received with the needles. She was gentle and always checked in to make sure I was feeling ok. She gives you a button in case you need her when she leaves the room. She definitely knows her stuff. I visited Dr. Kari Ye for acupuncture as a last ditch effort to avoid surgery for cervical spine disc degeneration and radiculopathy after other non-invasive treatments like steroid injections failed. The first two treatments did not show much improvement but by treatment 4 pain reduced by half and there has been further improvement since. I recommend anyone with severe pain try it and stick it out through several sessions.

The Juntendo Clinic has been a fantastic experience both in treatment and in staff. Both Dr. Li and Dr. Ye have been incredibly beneficial in lessening severe back and shoulder pain over the last few months. The other staff has been very helpful in scheduling and overall very welcoming each time I come for an appointment. The clinic has a very clean and warm environment. I highly recommend.

The staff is always welcoming, and Doctor Kari is knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Throughout all my sessions, I felt genuinely cared for, and the overall atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Highly recommended!
