The Juntendo Clinic has been a fantastic experience both in treatment and in staff. Both Dr. Li and Dr. Ye have been incredibly beneficial in lessening severe back and shoulder pain over the last few months. The other staff has been very helpful in scheduling and overall very welcoming each time I come for an appointment. The clinic has a very clean and warm environment. I highly recommend.
The staff is always welcoming, and Doctor Kari is knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Throughout all my sessions, I felt genuinely cared for, and the overall atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Highly recommended!
Kari Ye at Juntendo has been able to treat and resolve many of my chronic musculoskeletal problems. She is the consummate professional, is highly skilled, and pleasant to boot. She tackles new and old problems equally and she has improved my health and wellbeing. I am so grateful to have found her!
I called on Monday afternoon to schedule an apt for my mother-in-law and this receptionist named Jennifer picked up the call. She was downright rude and impatient during the entire call. She sounded like she wanted to end the call every time I asked a question. When she begrudgingly booked me for a Wednesday afternoon appointment, I called on Tuesday to confirm it only to find out from another receptionist that Jennifer never booked my apt and that she booked someone else during that time slot.
