After our Northwest Mutual advisor passed away, our accounts were assigned to Mr. Randels. At first, our former advisor's staff was employed by Mr. Randels so we still had someone to communicate with who had an interest in our situation. Mr. Randels has made NO effort to interact with us and he has not demonstrated an effort to act interested.
