I don't know about any penguins, but I've been a client of Jeff Salazar for many years. And his partner in life and business, Jessica, is one of the best human beings I've ever met! But this is a shout out to Jeff & the rest of the Skopos team. Lynne, Mack, David, & Jeff: you guys are rock stars on both the risk and wealth management side. If I hadn't already, I'd be asking you to set up another Roth IRA just to go through the process with y'all again!
The unprofessionalism displayed by both Shaun J. and Jessica S. is appalling. After Shaun had an inability to keep a meeting within the time parameters (exceeded a forty-five minute by over an hour and a half), Jessica canceled a scheduled meeting with a bogus excuse. Shysters it seems, very unscrupulous office, poor etiquette, a general waste of time.
My wife HAD a policy there for a few years until they failed to update our paperwork for over 18 months, became unresponsive, and failed to take responsibility for their poor client service. There are too many competing providers and products to make this company worth your time.
