I was not informed of the increasing premiums when I bought the policy so I am pretty upset that cost of the policy has increased dramatically my agent took advantage of naivety so I am disappointed with this company

Can't get an answer of a human within regular posted hours. Followed instructions to get to receptionist and got np answer. call numerous times around 10 AM on a Monday.
