I had a very disappointing experience working with Jeff Forrest. I contacted him with legitimate questions regarding a policy increase. During our conversation, I stated that I would simply reopen my existing account rather than move forward with a new provider. Shortly after, I received a voicemail criticizing my email as “ugly” and stating that my file would be closed. There was no attempt to provide clarification or customer service. Services were okay. Very poor attempts at COVID-19 prevention, will be changing offices out of safety concerns.
The Callaway Black group is fantastic! The office is in a great location right off of the interstate and the financial reps really take care of you. I highly recommend.
