They demand a $500 deposit if you're a self pay patient just to do a simple visit?. Is this a joke? No hospital does that, other than maybe $50 at the most, but $500 come on. Don't act like you have a jesus walking around healing people.

Been here since 10:15pm, it’s now 2:15am. I was told I’d be here for at least 4hrs. Now im told I’d be here 6hrs or more after being here 4hrs. I’m sure there’s people here that are even more sick than I but the least they could do is have someone that can check in on the patients that are waiting to be seen. There’s over 20 people in the waiting area, children included. They have to do better!!! Ratings of a woman in PAIN!!!

OMG Northwestern Memorial Hospital has the worst reviews like a 2 star hotel! I came in here to make an appointment and saw these I will NOT go to this hospital! My heart goes out to all these people that got the worst treatment from them and their staff.
