This review is for the telephone service. The hold time, trying to get a hold of a doctor’s office using this number is ridiculous. Call Backs, etc, etc…
The staff here is always pleasant and attentive to my needs. The equipment is sterilized after each use.
I have gone to physical therapy several times over the years because of back pain and none of those times have worked so I was not expecting much — if any — relief when I began the round of physical therapy I am currently doing at this treatment center.
