I cannot say enough positive statements about NW Rehabilitation Services in Cary. I have been working with John and Megan following a lumbar fusion complication. They are outstanding therapists! They are extremely knowledgeable and caring. They take their time and explain what they are doing for me and answer all my questions. The entire facility is filled with professional and caring staff. The staff is so friendly! Everyone knows your name and truly cares about you and your recovery. I worked with John and he was a wealth of knowledge and sensitive and caring to my injury. Would highly recommend a visit here if needed. You'll feel like your at home with the greeting of the front desk workers Sharon and Jessica were always so warm. Brenda and Carol while never my practitioners always knew my name and asked how I was doing, cheering me on and would celebrate successes with me.
I would recommend this facility to anyone. The staff is awesome to work with and great on resolving any issues I may have. I have gone to them for over 6 years after having different surgeries and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
Phenomenally knowledgeable caring staff! Truly enjoy how they really take the time to explain in detail how each exercise benefits me and will help me reach my physical limit goals.
