Visual documentation often conveys significant information. The attached photograph depicts the restroom within the emergency room at Huntley Hospital. The observed condition of the restroom, specifically its cleanliness, is noted. The current state raises questions regarding the standards expected within a healthcare facility such as NORTHWESTERN. I have been in practice of medicine for 30 years in this county. I was stuck with a needle of my patient on Saturday 5/20/2023. I came to occupational health for further testing. The receptionist (Emma) was very rude and repulsive. She said come tomorrow since the department will be closing in 45 minutes. I insisted on that the injury was time sensitive. Reluctantly she agreed. How sad.

I called today just to ask a simple question about the drug testing. I have been trying to get a hold of the hiring manager who told me to go here for drug testing. (Very frustrating not hearing back from her) I just wanted some answers so I called here to see if my name was under for an appointment. The lady who answered was very rude, interrupted me, and in general was not pleasant to talk to. I spoke nicely to her which is why I’m confused why I got treated so poorly. Why so rude for no reason? I was super nice:(

Bad service they know they needs s better arrangement why not work to fix and make it better and easier to get people in and out
