Refused to help, I wasn't rude or anything.
Doesn't want to help. Totally didn't listen. Told us one thing and did something different than he said. Even kicked me out of his office when I called him on it.
Receptionist was rude, laughing under her breath, expressed attitude and thought my ignorance to the field was humorous. Completely unprofessional. Highly recommend not even considering this office.
