Horrible water issues constantly. DOH currently has a warning against drinking our water. Woke up this morning to no water at all.
What a joke of a utility company. Seriously, only take cash or check. And when brought to the office, you have to stand outside to pay it. It's 2024, At bare minimum they should accept card. But they should have a website to view and pay your bill too! Absolutely rediculous.
We are working with Northwest Water's accounting team to manage our accounts receivable and customer billings. They have been amazing - helped us transition in an emergency, are prompt and professional with our customers, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
Horrible to work with! They say one thing and do the complete opposite. Do not stand by their word and pass you around so you can’t get answers solved.
Terrible. Engineers design was terrible and the engineering team that did the designs aren't with the company anymore. Keep charging us fees for correspondence on their terrible design for our system. Do yourself a favor and go with a company that doesn't Nickel and dime every correspondence for their lack of documentation and explanation.
