This company is horrible. They will purposely take advantage of customers because they know that the customers have no choice but to pay the bill even when the numbers don’t add up. You will not feel heard when speaking with them or feel that there’s any fairness in the situation at all. Horrible water issues constantly. DOH currently has a warning against drinking our water. Woke up this morning to no water at all.
What a joke of a utility company. Seriously, only take cash or check. And when brought to the office, you have to stand outside to pay it. It's 2024, At bare minimum they should accept card. But they should have a website to view and pay your bill too! Absolutely rediculous.
We are working with Northwest Water's accounting team to manage our accounts receivable and customer billings. They have been amazing - helped us transition in an emergency, are prompt and professional with our customers, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
Horrible to work with! They say one thing and do the complete opposite. Do not stand by their word and pass you around so you can’t get answers solved.
