I sat my first Vipassana course at the beginning of 2025. I came with a few intentions but without expectations. Before attending, I spoke with several friends who had completed 10-day Vipassana courses around the world, and their experiences encouraged me to take this step. Second time sitting Vipassana at NVC, I’m still such an amazing place to have such a powerful experience. They’ve had an addition of the pagoda since I was there last eight years ago, which was awesome to have more of a private space to meditate now that I’m a returning meditator. Highly recommend both Vipassana And NVC!
