There is absolutely no better trucking company than NorthWest. The reason why is because the owner doesn't come from this planet. He came from a planet where the drivers matter and are important. Where the drivers' families are important. Salaries that provide and allow the drivers to succeed in life and enjoy it. Where respect is given. No one quits here. They retire happily. If all employers were like this, Earth would be a much better place.
I’ve worked for dozens of trucking companies, and this company under the direction of Lars, is by far the best: At 53 years old , Lars is the best boss I’ve ever worked for. Too short here to give details, but we will never leave as long as Lars operates this company.
This company is fantastic! Couldn't ask for a better working environment.
