Today experience the worst day of my life almost got killed by this driver literally saw me look at him and still caught me off had to break really hard and almost caused an accident I have everything on a video MC# 087408 USDOT# 3119915

We had a ride today at 10:30 am taking me and my daughter to good Sam in Puyallup and the drivers name was Brenda and she was the greatest, 5/5 wish I could get her each time.

1 1/2 hours late. No way to contact them or them me quickly with like IDK a Text. An hour ago talking to them with a 15 min HOLD reuarding that you can't see the lot from the front door so I'd have to wait in the rain, they said it was ON TIME. To me on time was the ride to the doctors office where I had coverage from the rain, while waiting and he was there exactly at the window give. Not fun when one is Post-Op in an uncomfortable way due to surgery and in a lot of pain and now soaking wet.

Very unprofessional. I have this company transport patients to the clinic I work for and they will either not show up to pick the patient up or just drive off without them. I have also heard that these drivers tend to drive reckless and disregard any traffic laws. I would be mindful for anyone who elder to avoid riding with this company.
