Northwest Transport purposely makes their ridders miss appointments by changing their pickup time set forth by Hopelink. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about them. I have missed appointments because of this horrible companey. I missed an important appointment because of this companey's incompence. I highly do not recomend this companey.

These guys are absolutely looking for trouble. Was looking for directions pulled over to thr right side of the road when I huge white van, with its brights on pulls RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME and won't let me pull out as there is traffic that I can't see due to his van blocking the turn/curb ahead. The cars behind me are honking BUT DID THE VAN MOVE? no. The man yelled at me explicitives and said he was "taking a smoke break!"....but on the wrong side of the road?? Butted up to my bumper!! They have the worst customer service. Their customer rep was so mad that I called them out on there bull of being 30min late for a scheduled ride she hung up on me.
