We are an electrical contractor. This company has always been excellent dealing with any issue we have had. They know the difference between a tool that can be fixed for a fair value, and one that can't. Plus, they explain the difference between warranties. Definitely recommend. Excel Electric.
Took over a month here to get a repair just for it to crud out again a week later. Just ship your tools to your manufacturer. Milwaukee will have it back to you within a couple days. They will also offer to ship your items for you for a fee when Milwaukee will give you a free prepaid label so didnt seem worth it to me.
I am a bicycle rider on the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route. I had some aero bars shipped to me, in Whitefish MT, but they didn’t fit and the spacers needed to be ground down a little in order to work properly. I have it Ryobi pressure washer that is malfunctioning. Somehow for a repair shop in Canada the Ryobi people gave me Northwest tool repair number. I called them letting them know my issue with the pressure washer + I'm from Canada, the gentleman was still super eager to help me with my problem and find a fix for my problem. Definitely suggest them as they go out of their way to help people. I'm sure they do. Good work
