Mark and Chris run a fantastic business. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, and patient. I bring my tools to be repaired here whenever I have an issue and buy tools from them whenever I can. Mark is encyclopedic when it comes to specs, tool history, and proper application. Chris is extremely patient, kind, and highly organized. 10/10 recommend this store!

We are an electrical contractor. This company has always been excellent dealing with any issue we have had. They know the difference between a tool that can be fixed for a fair value, and one that can't. Plus, they explain the difference between warranties. Definitely recommend. Excel Electric.
Took over a month here to get a repair just for it to crud out again a week later. Just ship your tools to your manufacturer. Milwaukee will have it back to you within a couple days. They will also offer to ship your items for you for a fee when Milwaukee will give you a free prepaid label so didnt seem worth it to me.
I am a bicycle rider on the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route. I had some aero bars shipped to me, in Whitefish MT, but they didn’t fit and the spacers needed to be ground down a little in order to work properly. So I passed by Northwest tool repair and said “what the heck, I’ll try and see if they can help” I stopped in and asked if the person who does repairs was in.
