I am a bicycle rider on the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route. I had some aero bars shipped to me, in Whitefish MT, but they didn’t fit and the spacers needed to be ground down a little in order to work properly. So I passed by Northwest tool repair and said “what the heck, I’ll try and see if they can help” I stopped in and asked if the person who does repairs was in. I have it Ryobi pressure washer that is malfunctioning. Somehow for a repair shop in Canada the Ryobi people gave me Northwest tool repair number. I called them letting them know my issue with the pressure washer + I'm from Canada, the gentleman was still super eager to help me with my problem and find a fix for my problem. Definitely suggest them as they go out of their way to help people. I'm sure they do. Good work
