Truly amazing customer service! There was a mix-up in my order, and Lewis went out of his way to make sure that my order was quickly straightened out, going significantly beyond what I expected. Super rare and welcome personal service! Highly recommend.
Somebody Luis from this company is horrible & abusive
Phenomenal experience with NW Timber in Salem Oregon. They had multiple warehouses full of beautiful Maple, Walnut, and Cherry wood. They have many maple cookies. We found ourselves two gorgeous cuts of burl maple pieces. Sarah was an amazing help in touring us around the property and helping us finding exactly what we needed. I even got a handy working apron for those messy projects. They have a massive assortment of wood all cataloged on their website like a library. Be sure to check it out.
