I do not write reviews, ever! But I feel the need to in this situation! I had a horrible experience with Jack. Not sure if it’s because my appearance, age or occupation. I felt as if he just wanted to take my money and get me out of his office! Total lack of professionalism, didn’t even file my date of birth correctly! He did not take the time to ask me any additional questions, did not even let me know about possible write offs or things I could have used to help me when filing. Worst experience ever!
